Mifgash Rambam

This is my personal favorite shawarma in Tel Aviv, which I know is a big statement. Street food from a gourmet chef, though! What more could I ever ask for? A blend of lamb and beef stuffed into a fluffy pita… I’m drooling just thinking about it. The menu extends later into the evening with skewers and other goodies from a charcoal grill. Located conveniently on the outskirts of Shuk HaCarmel, Mifgash Rambam is almost too easily accessible to me.
