ORBY CAFE

One of my new favorite niches are Russian-Israeli badasses with amazing Instagram presences. In particular, Maya Klugman specializes in connecting food & people and opened her own restaurant as of recent. Of course I’m going to love absolutely everything about it and the vibes will be disgustingly ideal. There aren’t enough good things to say about the extensive all day breakfast and ever-changing evening menu, the outdoor/indoor atmosphere and every other small detail that went into the birth of Orby Cafe, including the graphics of the logo.

It was here that I was officially introduced to the coffee culture of Moscow with the unique “bumble coffee,” which is a combination of espresso and a glass of OJ. And I can confidently say my life has been changed ever since.
