Bitter Bar

The catchy name with the alcoholic connotation of Bitter Bar is exceptionally fitting for just how cool of an establishment it genuinely is. Their all film Instagram feed should tell you everything you need to know about why I love the aesthetics of this venue. Big circular lighting that overheads the marble bar perfectly sets the tone, while equally complimenting the lively sounds and of course, quenching drinks. With the help of ON Studio, one of my latest interior design obsessions, owner Aviv Kedar successfully created the casual, effortless ambience he dreamed of for this warehouse neighboring Levinsky Market.

Officially ranked #1 as my new favorite cozy Florentin it spot thanks to Dror, the bartender, who so kindly surprised me with a flawless beverage. It didn’t take longer than a brief moment for him to analyze exactly what flavors I wanted; a minty yet sour gin creative concoction. The stylishly inviting atmosphere of it all, including the hospitality, is unmatched… making Bitter Bar an authentic underdog in the Tel Aviv cocktail scene.
